Debbie Modlesky

Owner & Pilates Instructor

Debbie Modlesky is the owner and primary instructor at Aligné Pilates Studio, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the fitness and movement field. She is a 500 hour comprehensively certified Pilates instructor, which represents one of the highest levels of training in the method. Debbie opened Aligné with the intention of creating a small, supportive studio where clients receive individualized guidance and thoughtful instruction. Her teaching is calm, clear, and deeply attentive, helping clients build strength, improve alignment, and move with confidence.

Tanya Beedle

Pilates Instructor

Tanya Beedle brings more than 30 years of experience in the fitness industry along with a degree in Health and Fitness. Her background in strength, movement, and alignment supports her thoughtful approach to Pilates instruction. Tanya creates a welcoming environment for all levels and offers clear, supportive guidance that helps clients move with confidence.

Valerie Armstrong

I am so happy to be a member of Aligne Pilates Studio! Debbie is so knowledgeable regarding the Joseph Pilates method of physical fitness and the anatomy of the body. I have arthritis and Debbie is able to modify my workout, ensuring that I am safe and comfortable.
