By limiting class sizes, our instructors—each with decades of experience—can truly watch your form, guide your movement, and help you progress safely and effectively. You can find us in Watkinsville at 1260 Greensboro Hwy, Suite 110, Watkinsville, GA 30677. There is plenty of convenient parking right in front of the studio.

You can book a class from either the “Classes” tab or directly from the Schedule. Both lead to the same sessions — just pick the option that feels most convenient.

Yes! We offer 1-on-1 Private Sessions as well as Duet Sessions if you want to train with a partner. Private training is ideal for refining challenging moves, athletic conditioning, injury recovery, or enjoying a workout entirely tailored to your personal goals. You can book a private session by selecting the 'Private Sessions' option on the 'Book a Class' page.

We require grip socks, fitted clothing, hair secured, and no sharp jewelry to ensure safety and comfort during class.
