Meet Your Instructors
Meet Debbie Modlesky, the owner and primary instructor of Aligné Pilates Studio. Debbie brings over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. Her extensive background has equipped her with a deep understanding of movement, anatomy, and the importance of alignment in achieving optimal health. Debbie is a 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certified instructor, and personal trainer, ensuring that she possesses the highest level of training in this discipline.

With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Tanya Beedle is a seasoned fitness professional with a passion for helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. Holding a degree in Health and Fitness, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each Pilates session.
Specializing in Pilates, Tanya tailors each class to meet the needs of participants, focusing on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through controlled, precise movements.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, she creates a welcoming and supportive environment to help you reach your full potential. Join Tanya for a session that combines years of experience with a true passion for fitness and well-being.

Reformer Flow - Intermediate/Advanced
Dive into the dynamic world of Pilates with our Intermediate/Advanced Reformer Flow class, designed for those who have a solid foundation in Pilates and are ready to elevate their practice. Cardio Pilates
Jump into our Pilates Reformer Cardio, Strength and Stretch class for improved cardiovascular health, enhanced muscular strength, increased flexibility and improved posture. This fun, low impact, energy-filled class is designed for all levels from beginner to advanced. Experience a dynamic workout that combines the principles of Pilates with cardiovascular training, strength building and flexibility exercises. Utilizing the reformer to jump your way into a series of controlled movements designed to promote a safe, low-impact cardio workout.

Multi-Level Reformer Flow
The Multi-Level Reformer Flow class is designed to cater to participants of varying skill levels, providing a dynamic and engaging workout experience. This class blends traditional and contemporary Pilates exercises, allowing individuals to progress at their own pace while still being challenged.

Balance and Flow Fusion
This class welcomes all skill levels! Join us to enhance core strength, balance, and flexibility in a calming environment with soothing instrumental music. The session includes dynamic warm-ups, balance challenges, flowing sequences, and the use of accessories like resistance bands and stability balls. It concludes with unilateral Pilates exercises and stretching to improve balance and core strength while addressing muscle imbalances.

Cardio Fusion Flow
Cardio Fusion Flow is a dynamic and invigorating Pilates class suitable for all levels! Designed to enhance cardiovascular endurance, build core strength, and improve flexibility through a unique blend of cardio, Pilates, and stretching techniques. This class is structured into three distinct segments that flow seamlessly together, providing a comprehensive workout experience.

Athletic Flow - Intermediate/Advanced/All Levels
This advanced athletic Pilates flow is designed for individuals who have a solid foundation in Pilates and are looking to enhance their strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness.
