Cancellation Policy

1. GENERAL INFORMATION: Aligne Pilates Studio offers drop-in classes that allow participants to attend without a prior reservation (space permitted). This flexibility is designed to accommodate varying schedules and encourage participation. 2. CLASS AVAILABILITY: Classes are subject to availability, and participants are encouraged to arrive early to secure their spot. The studio may limit the number of participants in each class for safety and quality of instruction. 3. PAYMENT: All drop-in classes must be prepaid at the time of attendance. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover) cash, or checks. Participants can also prepay through the website (www.alignepilatesstudio.com). 4. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the class No-Shows: Failure to attend a reserved class without prior cancellation will result in a deduction from your membership credits or a charge equivalent to the class fee. 5. REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS: All sales for drop-in classes are final; classes are non- refundable, exchangeable, or transerable once purchased. 6. CONDUCT EXPECTATIONS: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in in a professional manner during classes, fostering an environment that is welcoming and free from discrimination or harassment. 7. AGE REQUIREMENT: Participants must be over the age of 18 unless accompanied by a guardian who accepts responsibility for them during the class. 8. LIABILITY WAIVER: By attending a drop-in class, participants acknowledge that they do so at their own risk and agree to release Aligne Pilates Studio from any liability related to injuries or accidents that my occur during participation.
